General Provisions
jeetwin is an online entertainment platform where registered members can bet on various sports including cricket and football, and enjoy live casino games. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("members" or "you") of the jeetwin platform and all its services.
By creating an account or accessing the platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.
jeetwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect from the moment they are published on the platform. Members are advised to check this page regularly.

Account Registration
To join jeetwin, you must create a valid account. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Accounts opened with false or misleading information may be suspended or closed, and any associated balance may be forfeited.
2.1 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Each member may operate only one account. It is strictly prohibited to run multiple accounts in the same person's name, multiple accounts from the same IP address, or multiple accounts using the same payment method. Violating this rule will result in all related accounts being closed and any accumulated bonuses being forfeited.
2.2 Protecting Your Login Details
Your username and password are strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our live chat support immediately. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
2.3 Updating Your Information
If any registered account details change (such as your mobile number or bank account), you must notify jeetwin promptly through customer support. jeetwin will not be responsible for any payment issues arising from outdated information.
Eligibility and Age Requirement
The minimum age to participate in all casino and betting activities on jeetwin is 21 (twenty-one) years. No person under the age of 21 may use this platform. jeetwin may request a government-issued ID to verify age at registration or at any time thereafter.
Age Verification: An account may be restricted and withdrawals held until satisfactory proof of age is provided. If underage participation is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately.
Users of the jeetwin platform are responsible for being aware of and complying with the laws applicable in their own country.
Betting Rules
All bets placed on the jeetwin platform are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless jeetwin decides otherwise in special circumstances.
4.1 Odds Changes
Odds may change at any time due to market conditions, event developments, or technical reasons. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are considered final. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, jeetwin reserves the right to void that bet.
4.2 Cancelled or Suspended Events
If a sporting event is cancelled or not completed within the specified time, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned to the member's account. Different rules may apply to live betting in certain circumstances.
4.3 Suspicious Activity
If match fixing, abusive betting, or any other dishonest conduct is suspected, jeetwin may suspend the relevant account's activity pending investigation. If irregularities are confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and winnings may be forfeited.
Bonuses and Promotions
New members at jeetwin receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A wagering requirement of 10x applies to this bonus, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any winnings become withdrawable.
5.1 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonuses may only be used in specific games or betting sections — please read the full terms of each offer.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; winnings become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless the offer's terms state otherwise.
- Bonuses must be claimed within a specified time limit; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses, providing false information, or systematically attempting to circumvent bonus conditions may result in jeetwin forfeiting the relevant bonuses and closing the account.
Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, your balance will be ৳2,000. Before withdrawing winnings, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on jeetwin are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer are available for deposits and withdrawals.
6.1 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
- Withdrawals are usually processed within 1 hour
6.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
6.3 Transaction Security
All financial transactions are protected by SSL encryption. jeetwin will never ask a member for their bank PIN or OTP directly. If anyone requests this information, treat it as fraudulent activity and report it to support immediately.
Security and Verification
jeetwin follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure the security and integrity of the platform. Members may be asked to submit any one of the following documents for identity verification at any time:
- National ID Card (NID)
- Passport
- Driving Licence
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account's withdrawal facility may be temporarily suspended. This information is stored and used as described in our Privacy Policy.
Code of Conduct
All jeetwin members must act honestly and responsibly. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability
- Betting using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
- Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation
- Sending misleading or offensive messages on the platform
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity

Account Closure

9.1 Closure by jeetwin
jeetwin reserves the right to close or suspend any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms
- Creating or operating an account using false information
- Evidence of bonus or promotion abuse
- Suspected breach of applicable law
9.2 Remaining Balance
When an account is closed at the member's request, any valid balance will be returned (excluding bonus balance). If an account is closed due to a rule violation, whether the balance is returned will depend on the outcome of jeetwin's investigation.
Limitation of Liability
The jeetwin platform is provided on an "as is" basis. jeetwin's liability is limited in cases where a member suffers loss due to technical issues, internet disconnection, or failure of third-party services.
10.1 Service Disruptions
The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unexpected technical faults. For bets placed during such periods, jeetwin will investigate and make a decision accordingly.
10.2 Third-Party Content
The jeetwin platform may include third-party games and services, which may have their own terms. jeetwin is not directly liable for issues arising from third-party games or services, but will assist in resolving them.
